Participants, families, representatives, workers and professionals can raise concerns without being treated unfairly or losing access to support because they spoke up.

Raise a concern
Start in the way that feels most comfortable.
You may contact Oscar directly, ask a trusted person or advocate to assist, or use an external complaint pathway.
When a complaint is received, we aim to:
- listen and acknowledge the concern
- check whether immediate safety action is needed
- clarify the outcome the person is seeking
- review relevant information fairly
- communicate what will happen next
- respond and document the outcome
- identify any improvement required
Your rights
Making a complaint should not create another problem.
You can use a support person or advocate.
You can ask for information in a clearer format.
Your privacy will be respected as far as possible.
You will not be punished for raising a genuine concern.
You can take the matter to an external body.
Urgent safety concerns will be prioritised.

NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
Concerns about the quality or safety of NDIS supports can be raised with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. The Commission accepts complaints about registered and unregistered providers and workers.
