Before signing
Take time to read, ask and change what is unclear.
Participants may use a nominee, advocate, support coordinator or trusted person to help review the agreement.
- Ask what each charge means.
- Confirm how cancellations work.
- Confirm who receives invoices.
- Discuss communication and progress updates.
- Check that consent and privacy arrangements are understood.
- Keep a copy of the signed agreement.
- Request changes where wording does not reflect the arrangement.
Website information is not the service agreement.
Submitting a form or attending a Complimentary Meet & Connect does not automatically create a paid service. The final agreement should reflect the actual participant, support item, pricing and practical arrangements.
